   Free strategy call

   We talk through your goals, timeline and budget in plain English. You'll leave knowing what to do next, with no obligation.

2. 2

   Pre-approval

   I review your documents and get you a pre-approval you can shop with. That number keeps you from falling in love with a house you cannot comfortably buy.

3. 3

   Home shopping

   You and your agent tour with a clear payment in mind. I stay available to look at listings, condos and contract dates as they come in.

4. 4

   Underwriting & appraisal

   Once you're under contract, I keep the file moving. You get updates at every milestone so nothing slips between you, me and your agent.

5. 5

   Closing day

   We finish conditions, you sign, and you get the keys. I'll still check in after, because the relationship shouldn't end at the table.
